Diesel Haus

Pointed me in the right direction!! They do not service VW diesels, however, Bob still went out of his way to call around town, found VW diesel mechanics that might help, and called me back with a couple alternative shops that might be able to help me. Didn’t need to go out of his way but he did…and was super friendly and professional!! Not very common these days!

We've been seeing Bob Graves for all of our vehicle needs for almost 30 years and I could not be any happier with the service he has provided. We followed from Graves Auto to Diesel Haus without a second thought. It is rare to find someone in this day and age who will tell you exactly what needs to be fixed and how best to take care of your vehicle without trying to up-sell unnecessary services. We now live 45 minutes away from Diesel Haus and still only go to Bob Graves to take care of our needs!

Bob has worked on all our cars for years and we will continue to use diesel Haus for our car needs. He has always worked with us to get apt times that work for us. We have recommend him to many friends and family already. All staff have been friendly and helpful when we are there.

I don’t think I could find a more reliable and honest mechanic in Bob Graves. He has always been completely upfront with all repairs and the cost of said repairs. Bob does his best to get me in when issues arise and works as quickly and efficiently as he can. He has been our trusted family mechanic for many years and I hope for many more years to come!

WOW! These guys are awesome! I was in town for work and had to drive over 800 miles to Rochester. In two days I was to drive back when my truck had an issue saying it was going to be shifting into 4 wheel drive automatically while driving down the interstate. I called local dealerships and they could not fit in an emergency evaluation for two weeks. Bob and his crew said bring it on over now and we will see what the problem is before 3pm. In 1/2 hour, his team walks out with a linkage and says you can safely drive back. Amazing! Polite, courteous, a can do attitude and Bob walks around with a cell phone in one ear, another phone in the other ear, and at the same time he is guiding his crew on a solution to a problem. Thanks gentleman for all you did- and if you are looking for a business run like it should be where they do all for a customer… this is the place!
